What the kiosk must do, where it will stand, how many you need. Every ELAS kiosk starts as a few sentences from a customer. Scroll to walk the line.
The brief becomes a 3D model and a prototype. A kiosk is a stack you can service: plinth, cash safe, electronics bay, display head, lit topper.
Bezel, side panels and brackets are nested into one steel sheet and cut by fiber laser. ELAS brought the first new laser into Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2008.
CNC press brakes and automatic benders turn flat blanks into walls, doors and frames. New LVD automation adds a fifth more bending capacity this year.
Welding robots run the long seams, spot and laser welders the thin ones. Then grinding and polishing, so the coat lies flat.
Panels ride the rail through powder booth and curing oven. Raw steel goes in. The operator's colour comes out.
PC, screen, printer, bill acceptor and wiring go in. Every terminal is powered and run through its checks before it is packed.
Crated in Banja Luka, running in Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Czechia, the UK, the UAE and the USA.
