A good brief is short. Tell us:
- What the kiosk must do, and who uses it.
- Where it stands: indoors, outdoors, which country.
- Which modules go in: screen, printer, cash, cards, scanners.
- How many, and by when.
What does ELAS manufacture?
ELAS designs and manufactures self-service kiosks and gaming hardware: casino and slot cabinets, sports betting terminals (SSBT), payment and cash kiosks, parking and outdoor terminals, identity and government kiosks, and ticketing and retail kiosks. The product register holds 123 kiosk and cabinet projects, 41 of them in series production.
Can you build to our own design?
Yes, both ways. We build to print from your drawings as an OEM contract manufacturer, or we develop the product with you, from the first brief through 3D design and prototype to series production.
Which processes are done in-house?
Laser cutting and punching, CNC and robotic bending, robot, spot and laser welding, grinding, powder coating and wet paint, engraving, cable harnesses, assembly, testing and packing. Production runs on 20 000 m² in Banja Luka, and ELAS has been ISO 9001 certified since 2010.
Do you integrate the electronics?
Yes. Since 2015 ELAS has delivered finished products with integrated electronics: PCs, displays, printers, payment modules and wiring, powered and tested before they ship.
Where do you ship?
ELAS is based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and exports to Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Czechia, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
